By working with you, we ensure both you and your clients are kept informed every step of the way through the auction process. We partner with you so that you are fully engaged during the marketing campaign and experience the inquiries, energy and feedback first hand from prospective buyers.

By creating a targeted marketing campaign, we bring motivated buyers together on auction day and through competitive bidding, both you and your seller benefit and gain when their property is sold at auction! All of the properties that Supreme Auctions® offer and make available for purchase at auction are those of highly motivated Sellers. Our Sellers have been identified as those that are willing and able to accept a defined and true market value for their property.

An auction provides an unambiguous and transparent process so that both you and your clients can feel confident that they will be paying fair market value for the property they select to bid on.

Supreme Auctions® provides an Information Package on each property. This package contains all available due diligence materials on the property and is available to you and your clients for review prior to bidding. You will also be given the opportunity to conduct any additional research or schedule an inspection of your own before auction day.

When Auction day arrives you will register your client (if not already done so,) and take a final tour of the property before the live auction commences. Both you and your clients can bid confidently knowing that the Seller is committed to sell and that your clients can benefit from an open and transparent bidding arena.

At the conclusion of the auction, if your client is the highest and winning bidder, you will complete purchase documents and receive a buyer broker commission on closing day. As all auction properties are sold “as-is”, the possibility of contingencies and negotiations are taken out of the equation, ensuring an efficient and smooth transaction for all involved.
