Supreme Auctions Certified Auction Agent,  Jennifer Williams of Coldwell Banker Gold Coast in Chicago, IL., took five minutes with Supreme Auctions to answer five insightful questions about her real estate career.

1. What motivated you to become a real estate agent with a focus on the luxury sector?

Becoming a luxury Realtor was my goal from the beginning of my real estate career. At a young age and throughout my adult life I have been exposed to the love of the arts as well as importance and appreciation of architecture and design. The luxury real estate sector provides all of those experiences therefore comes naturally.

2. What is your favorite part about being a luxury real estate agent?

The unique properties and people who reside within them. Quite often we find in luxury real estate there’s a story behind the successes and passion that created the masterpieces. There’s never two that are alike.

3. What is the most interesting high-end property you have ever sold and why?

Villa Vincenza would be the most-interesting property I have ever had the pleasure of representing. This lush executive estate is situated on 4.79 acres in Oak Brook, IL which is hard to come by and is a true reflection of the owner’s vision. Perched perfectly atop the highest point you can view the grounds from every window. As you enter the home through the hand carved doors immediately you are reminded this estate has a powerful statement to make. Most of the stonework though this majestic property was imported, and artisan installed some of which were custom fabricated onsite. The soaring 17’ hand painted coffered ceilings to the commanding presence of the 3-sided fireplace in the Grand Room. You are reminded at every turn the owner’s passion for excellence.

4. Why did you decide to become a Certified Auction Agent and take the course with Supreme Auctions?

Once I did my research, becoming a Certified Auction Agent with Supreme Auctions was on my list of musts. I instantly increased my reach and added to the unparalleled experience I can provide each one of my clients. There’s a reason why Supreme Auctions is called the “Architects of the Industry”.

5. What was a fun, or interesting fact you took away from the Supreme Auctions Certified Auction Agent course?

First, I would like to acknowledge Supreme Auctions President, Jennie Heal. Knowing that the company I had researched and chose to align with had a female President at the helm was a fact I did not expect. Jennie is not only President, but she also knows her company and the level of expectation luxury clients demand.
